The Iciclist stumbles out of the bar, weaving back and forth in the snow. Exhausted and tortured by fact the alcohol could not blot out his sadness and feelings of failure. He passes out under a willow tree waiting to die. Meanwhile Angeline is fraught with despair because Iciclist cannot be found. She wanders the street for hours. Eventually she finds him weak and drunk under the willow tree. She helps him back to the cabin she has rented. She has a warm fire roaring and sits him in front of it. He weeps and shivers, dejected and heartbroken. She makes a fresh pot of coffee and helps put the mug to his lips. He drinks it slowly. Upon finishing the cup he thanks her. She wipes his tears and brings him up to bed. She undresses him and then undresses herself. She climbs on top of him and kisses his tears and then they kiss and make passionate love to each other rattling the rafters of the old cabin.

Lyrics

Sand beneath my eyes
Gin soaked closing time.
Swallowed parched goodbye.
I was only
Stumbling towards salvation.
Stopped at a barren tree
(Which) Draped upon my shoulders
When she stole me.

And raised me up from this misery
Filled me up with her reverie.
She bathed me with a kind melody.

Late on the 4th of December
The moon was shivering bright
Then I began to remember
How she stole me.
In the shade of that weeping willow
A wisp of her golden light
Twisting as it billowed
Then she stole me.

And filled me up with her reverie.
Saved me from this tragedy
She Bathed me with a kind remedy

Raise me up
Set me on my feet.
Pull me from the barren sea
And row me back to shore, Angeline.

We woke the dead, shook the chandelier
Broke the bed and the atmosphere
She saved me on that night, my Angeline.
